1. Use of Google Analytics with anonymization
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as “Google“. Google Analytics employs so-called “cookies“, text files that are stored to your computer in order to facilitate an analysis of your use of the site.
The information generated by these cookies, such as time, place and frequency of your visits to our site, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google’s location in the US and stored there.
We use Google Analytics with an IP anonymization feature on our website. In doing so, Google abbreviates and thereby anonymizes your IP address before transferring it from member states of the European Union or signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

2. Server Data
To assist with the technical administration of this site, we may collect some of the information sent by your internet browser to us or to our web hosting provider. This information is stored in log files, and might include such information as the type and version of the browser you use, your operating system, websites that referred you to our site (referrer URL), date and time of your visit, and your Internet Protocol (IP) address. This data is not connected to any personal data you might provide to us, and is therefore anonymous. This data is only used for statistical purposes and in the technical management of our website and services.

4. Contact form
Visitors can submit messages to our law firm via an online contact form on our website. If there is the possibility of entering personal data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses), the disclosure of this data by the user is expressly voluntary. In order to be able to receive a reply, at least the specification of a valid e-mail address is required. All further information can be given voluntarily by the requesting person. By submitting the message via the contact form, the visitor consents to the processing of the transferred personal data. The data processing takes place exclusively for the purpose of processing and answering inquiries via the contact form. This is done on the basis of the voluntarily granted consent according to Article 6 (1) (1) (a) GDPR. Personal information is not disclosed, transferred, sold or otherwise marketed to other companies or institutions.
The personal data collected for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted as soon as the request has been completed and there are no reasons for further storage (e.g. after retention of our law firm). 5. Right to update and change
